LIV was born and raised in a small town outside of Chicago, Illinois. She got her start with music performing in musical theatre, starting when she was in grade school and began to develop her sound and writing music when she was in her mid teens.

LIV is also an actor best  known for her title role in the feature film, 'Running for Grace' where she starred opposite Matt Dillon, Jim Caviezel and Ryan Potter. She recently finished a feature where she co stars with Debra Messing, David Cross, and David Koechner.
